Senior Resource Manager

Exciting creative agency with amazing clients based in central Manchester is looking for a Senior Resource Manager who has in-depth experience with Monday.com (essential). The purpose of this role is to efficiently plan, manage and oversee the daily deployment of the agency's creative and project resources, including freelance partnerships, ensuring optimal utilisation and timely delivery of top-class work. You will need previous agency experience as a Traffick Manager or Resource Manager, and have extensive knowledge of creative agency workflows and real-time resource requirements. This role will suit someone who has the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent projects in a fast-paced and agile agency environment. You will be a highly organised individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage high demands across multiple clients. You will need extensive hands-on experience with Monday.com as you will using this on a daily basis and providing training across the agency. You will also be analysing and producing reports on workflow data & utilisation, as well as improving productivity, visibility and resource scheduling. You must have the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal & external stakeholders, teams, suppliers and talent. You will be liaising with client services teams, strategic teams and creative leadership contacts to ensure project timelines and resource allocations are met within agreed parameters. Senior Resource Manager Central Manchester - On site 4 days a week We are seeking a Senior Resource Manager to join an exciting creative agency in Manchester city centre. This role is perfect for a talented individual who thrives on solving complex resource puzzles. You will be the central point for managing and optimizing the deployment of internal creative talent and freelance network. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring teams have the right resources at the right time, maintaining clear boundaries, and fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain the resource management system, Monday.com, to improve visibility and efficiency (Monday.com super user would be ideal) Strategically plan and manage the daily allocation of creative and project resources. Analyze workflow data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and optimal team utilization. Collaborate with leadership and project teams to address resourcing challenges and maintain project timelines. Maintain and build relationships with a network of freelance partners. This role will be hybrid after your probation period is complete, so will be on-site full-time initially. This is a varied role with different elements, experience and skills required. You will be a highly skilled photographer & leader, with a background in retail, fashion or accessories. You will also have expertise in product photography, lighting set-up, retouching, product preparation and set styling. Multi-award-winning PR agency based in central Manchester is looking for a creative PR B2B Content Executive or a Senior level Content Executive to join their PR team. Hybrid working. Ideally you will have a traditional PR background, as well as Digital (but not solely Digital), with strong media copywriting skills. You will need to distil complicated ideas into digestible copy.
