Senior Creative

Creative, well-established agency based in Cheshire is looking for a Senior Creative to join their studio team. Mainly on-site working, with some flex. Working with some famous household brands, you will lead a small creative team on all packaging & branding projects. Excellent communication skills are key as you will be client facing and managing accounts on a daily basis, along with overseeing team members, offering guidance and making sure deadlines are adhered to. This is a creative role which involves coming up with concepts & ideas, Art Directing photoshoots and being a hands-on Designer when required. Any additional experience with Generative AI is advantageous. You must have a detailed creative eye for layout, colour palette, typography and be able to follow style guides and act as a brand guardian. Head of Design/Creative

Well established organisation based in Cheshire is looking for a Head of Design/Creative to join their team for a Maternity Leave Contract which could last up to 8 months and will start in March this year. Hybrid & Flexible working. Salary will be Pro-rata. This role will be quite autonomous, leading a team of x5 Designers, a Photographer and Freelancers. Man-management experience is key, along with hands-on design skills to put together client visuals and mock-ups. Mid Weight Designer

Award winning marketing & communications agency based in North London is looking for a multi-disciplined Mid Weight Designer to join their growing team! Hybrid working. Specialising in the financial sector, you will be conceptualising design solutions and working alongside an Art Director to generate solutions based on the client brief. You must be able to manage multiple projects & deadlines at any one time. You will need experience in both print and digital producing projects such as web design, video edits, social campaigns, online visual design, branding guidelines, marketing collateral, Powerpoint presentation designs, annual reports (print & PDF's), infographics, iconography and print ready work. Core skills & experience required: Experience working in an agency Around 6-8 years industry experience Degree in graphic design Strong experience in the Adobe Creative software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Experience with After Effects and Premiere, Figma, or similar (Sketch, Adobe XD). Designer (Motion x Graphic)

Award-winning production company based in North London is looking for a Designer to join their studio team. You must be able to produce Motion Design as well as Static Graphics, Hybrid work scheme. This is a great opportunity for a multi-disciplined Designer to produce Graphic Design (digital & print) and Motion Design across live production, digital content and original formats. Key skills include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and working knowledge of Premiere Pro. On a day-to-day basis you will be designing for client pitches, proposals, deck presentations, brand assets, short-form video assets, animated explainers, animated titles and sizzle elements. This role is full of variety! You will be designing and animating for digital, social, broadcast and live environments. You will need a strong eye for layout, typography, colour & composition. Excellent communication & organisational skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with producers, directors, editors, senior management and clients on occasions. You must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy, fast-moving environment. A keen eye for detail and quality control is key to this role. It would be advantageous (but not essential) if you have experience working within sport, broadcast or live production environments. A working knowledge of Premiere Pro and basic video editing & finishing skills are desirable. This role will sometimes require you to travel to shoots or client meetings. Well established organisation & brand based in North Manchester is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team. This role will initially be on-site full-time and will then become Hybrid after your probation period (3 days on-site and 2 days working from home). The role offers variety, with a mixture of 70% hands-on Graphic Design and 30% Art Direction. You must come from a fashion and lifestyle background with a deep understanding around typography, layout and colour palette. You will be working across a wide range of print & digital projects, seasonal campaigns, events, brand work, icon & logo design, look books, trade material, packaging, social media, email and web design. You will need to be a visual storyteller who can come up with fresh ideas & concepts as well as BAU work. As well as being hands-on with design, you will also need a good understanding of art direction. Your role will involve art directing photoshoots & video productions, whilst liaising with stylists, photographers and videographers who bring creative concepts to life. You will be overseeing an experienced Artworker in the team, so previous people management experience is required. Project Manager

Well established events organisation based in Manchester is looking for an Event Project Manager to join their new PM division. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be based on-site ideally 5 days a week. You won't be organising the event itself, you will be involved with the production of the build elements for the site. You will be liaising with technical designers, and you must be able to read technical spec's & drawings. This role would suit someone who has experience with co-ordinating the production of the built elements for events, festivals, brand activations, props, interior designs and set-builds. Some of the construction builds are huge and you will be working closely with the warehouse team, joiners, builders and metal workers to make sure the projects are created on-time, to-scale and on-budget. Being able to cost-up a project and provide estimates to clients is essential in order to make sure there is a profit margin on each project from a commercial point-of-view.
