Senior Resource Manager

Exciting creative agency with amazing clients based in central Manchester is looking for a Senior Resource Manager who has in-depth experience with Monday.com. You will also need to have experience managing the workflow for large teams and freelancers. The purpose of this role is to efficiently plan, manage and oversee the daily deployment of the agency's creative and project resources, including freelance partnerships, ensuring optimal utilisation and timely delivery of top-class work. You will need previous agency experience as a Traffick Manager or Resource Manager, and have extensive knowledge of creative agency workflows and real-time resource requirements. This role will suit someone who has the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent projects in a fast-paced and agile agency environment. You will be a highly organised individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage high demands across multiple clients. You will need extensive hands-on experience with Monday.com as you will using this on a daily basis and providing training across the agency. You will also be analysing and producing reports on workflow data & utilisation, as well as improving productivity, visibility and resource scheduling. You must have the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal & external stakeholders, teams, suppliers and talent. You will be liaising with client services teams, strategic teams and creative leadership contacts to ensure project timelines and resource allocations are met within agreed parameters. Designer (Motion x Graphic)

Award-winning production company based in North London is looking for a Designer to join their studio team. You must be able to produce Motion Design as well as Static Graphics, Hybrid work scheme. This is a great opportunity for a multi-disciplined Designer to produce Graphic Design (digital & print) and Motion Design across live production, digital content and original formats. Key skills include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and working knowledge of Premiere Pro. On a day-to-day basis you will be designing for client pitches, proposals, deck presentations, brand assets, short-form video assets, animated explainers, animated titles and sizzle elements. This role is full of variety! You will be designing and animating for digital, social, broadcast and live environments. You will need a strong eye for layout, typography, colour & composition. Excellent communication & organisational skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with producers, directors, editors, senior management and clients on occasions. You must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy, fast-moving environment. A keen eye for detail and quality control is key to this role. It would be advantageous (but not essential) if you have experience working within sport, broadcast or live production environments. A working knowledge of Premiere Pro and basic video editing & finishing skills are desirable. This role will sometimes require you to travel to shoots or client meetings. Occasionally, during busy periods & tight deadlines you may have to work a bit later into the day or on weekends. Senior Graphic Designer

Well established organisation & brand based in North Manchester is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team. This role will initially be on-site full-time and will then become Hybrid after your probation period (3 days on-site and 2 days working from home). The role offers variety, with a mixture of 70% hands-on Graphic Design and 30% Art Direction. You must come from a fashion and lifestyle background with a deep understanding around typography, layout and colour palette. You will be working across a wide range of print & digital projects, seasonal campaigns, events, brand work, icon & logo design, look books, trade material, packaging, social media, email and web design. You will need to be a visual storyteller who can come up with fresh ideas & concepts as well as BAU work. As well as being hands-on with design, you will also need a good understanding of art direction. Your role will involve art directing photoshoots & video productions, whilst liaising with stylists, photographers and videographers who bring creative concepts to life. You will be overseeing an experienced Artworker in the team, so previous people management experience is required. Your role will involve managing the creative workflow, prioritising projects, adhering to deadlines, guiding the Artworker and maintaining a high standard of design quality.
