Director of Sales & Marketing

Excellent opportunity to work for a well established events organisation in Greater Manchester. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence and elevating the brand through strategic sales leadership and innovative marketing campaigns. You will oversee the full commercial pipeline from lead generation through to conversion, and you will act as the central link connecting the Business Development team, Marketing team and Account Manager team. A key part of this role is to lead the commercial strategy for all immersive experiences, including immersive installations, trails, branded activations, festivals and large scale themed events. Any experience in any of these areas is a distinct advantage. This role will involve developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and long term growth. You will be leading, coaching and motivating the sales & business development teams to meet KPI's and maximise conversion rates. You must be comfortable with building strong relationships with key clients, partners, brands, sponsors, agencies and stakeholders, so excellent communication skills are essential. Being part of the SLT, you will report to the Director and strategise for the year ahead, as well as bringing in new business opportunities into the company. Account Executive I B2B I PR

Multi-award-winning PR agency based in central Manchester is looking for a creative B2B Account Executive to join their PR team. Hybrid working. Ideally you will have a traditional PR background, as well as Digital (but not solely Digital), with strong media copywriting skills. You will need to distil complicated ideas into digestible copy. It would be advantageous if you had experience within a manufacturing or construction industry sector, and ideally with PR or Social experience. As a key part of the team, you will help create compelling content strategies, produce high-quality written & visual content, and engage audiences across multiple platforms. You will work closely with clients across B2B and corporate sectors, ensuring their messaging is impactful and effective. Your role will entail: Crafting stand-out content for long-form content across blogs, thought leadership pieces, PR, social media and wider campaigns. Traditional media experience. Managing social media platforms, driving engagement and building brand presence. Collaborating with clients to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives. Researching industry trends and corporate topics to create insightful & thought-provoking content. Working alongside PR & Social teams to amplify client stories across owned & earned channels. Supporting media relations efforts, including press releases & editorial content. Monitoring content performance, reporting on engagement & optimising strategies for impact.
