Talent & Creator Lead (7mth Maternity Contract)

TALENT & CREATOR LEAD 7mth FTC CREATIVE AGENCY SOUTH MANCHESTER - This role is open to anyone in the UK. HYBRID - Flexible depending on your location. £45-50k Pro-rata Start Date: Jan 2026 Established creative agency based in South Manchester is looking for a Talent & Creator Lead to run the business side of the operation for a 7 month maternity cover contract. Hybrid/Remote. You will be working within the retail, fashion, lifestyle and beauty sectors for the influencer, content creator, social areas. This role will be paid pro-rata, and will start in Jan/Feb 2026. Hybrid working. Your main responsibilities within the agency include: Team management of x2 Talent Managers Weekly management & leadership meetings Evaluating the P&L's, sales and business development side to the business Looking at the efficiency of the agency Addressing numbers & quotas Reviewing client briefs and evaluating any up-sell opportunities Part of the SLT meetings each month, analysing what business development is required, the strategy for this and coming up with action points. It would be ideal if you had experience within the digital, content creator, social & influencer markets within a small-medium sized creative agency. If you have worked in a Talent Management field before then this would be advantageous but not essential. An understanding of this sector would be key. Ideally you will have a traditional PR background, as well as Digital (but not solely Digital), with strong media copywriting skills. You will need to distil complicated ideas into digestible copy. Director of Talent & Creator

Creative agency based in Central Manchester is looking for a Director of Talent & Creator to join their expanding T&C team! This role is hybrid, and open to anyone living around Manchester, London or other UK areas. Ideally, you'll be 3 days on-site, but this could be 2 days depending on your location. With x4-6 direct reports, you will need strong experience in leading, growing and developing a team, nurturing talent and mentoring staff. Man-management skills & experience are essential, as you will be overseeing the T&C team on a day-to-day basis and building culture. Excellent people skills are essential as you will need to build rapport and develop working relationships to get the best out of your team. One of the core parts to your role will be to come up with the overall strategy & vision of the T&C offering throughout the agency and with partners, campaigns and clients. You will also need to be commercially driven and be able to manage budgets, grow revenue streams, submit forecasts and make sure campaigns are profitable. It is key that you have a wealth of experience across the talent & creator industry, brand partnerships and integrated campaigns. Any experience within the sports, gaming and entertainment sectors is a real bonus. You will be working closely with creators, athletes and cultural taste-makers. A deep understanding of talent contracts, creator platforms and measurement frameworks is essential, and you must have a strong network across talent agencies, management and platforms. Expanding social-first creative agency based in Manchester city centre is looking for an Account Director for their Consumer division. Hybrid working. Ideally you will come from an integrated agency background where social, influencer, earned media and paid social are all key core strengths in your experience. This is a social-first focused role, so you will need strong social experience with an understanding of PR. This role will also involve a lot of Influencer work, so experience in this area is essential. Experience in leading fully integrated campaigns with expertise in PR, social and influencer is required, along with an understanding of what it takes to develop successful consumer communications strategies. B2B PR Account Manager

Award winning PR agency based in central Manchester is looking for a B2B Account Manager who has traditional PR experience (not Digital). Hybrid working. You will need 6 years+ previous agency experience within a PR environment, working on Business & Corporate client accounts. Sectors include some of the following... built, manufacturing, construction, tech, property and engineering. You'll be managing a large portfolio of clients producing press releases, long form thought pieces and blogs (a little bit of social too). You'll need excellent media relations and be able to pick up the phone to engage with your media contacts. Your role will involve creating a variety of content that meets client expectations and tone-of-voice. Part of your role will be to coach, guide and mentor junior members of the team, helping to nurture talent in the content creation process. Excellent communications skills are essential. Being a key point of contact with clients, you will be involved with planning campaigns, managing support teams from across the agency, leading on the production of impact reports, utilising insights, managing briefs and ensuring deadlines and timelines are adhered to. Key skills for this role include excellent knowledge and understanding of all types of traditional PR media.
