Due to continued new business growth, this creative agency based in Manchester's city centre is looking to expand with a new Account Director! Hybrid working.
This is a fast-paced agency, that would suit an experienced Account Director with agency experience, who can multitask and juggle different clients & projects at any one time. You will bridge the gap between creative and clients, and have excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills.
Experience within sports, lifestyle, street-wear fashion, basketball or football would be advantageous.
You will be liaising with and managing clients on a day-to-day basis, being their main point-of-contact and trusted advisor. From here, you will be writing clear & concise briefs for the agency and developing plans.
Your role will be to manage the client campaigns and leading the growth of client relationships & remit.
As well as growing & developing existing client accounts, you will need to lead & co-ordinate new business pitch presentations. This will involve presenting at a high level to deliver creative responses, strategy, insight, ideas & concepts.
A key part of your role will be the responsibility of financial reporting, as well as developing & maintaining clear & accurate budgets.
Previous man management experience is required, as you will be managing & motivating Account Manager's and providing support & guidance to other junior members of the client services teams.
