Focusing strategically, you will identify opportunities to drive performance and growth. While guiding the team on day-to-day tactical execution, you will also train and mentor staff to stay ahead in this dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client roadmaps to achieve objectives through comprehensive paid media plans.
- Optimize campaigns to agreed budgets and KPIs through ongoing analysis and refinement.
- Guide clients on leveraging paid search, social, display and video 360 to unlock their digital potential.
- Liaise with vendors to test innovative formats like rich media and dynamic ads.
- Create and analyze reports to extract insights and recommend improvements.
- Forecast, plan, and manage campaign budgets and new business pitches.
- Mentor junior staff on latest best practices and emerging technologies.
- 4+ years managing large, complex paid search campaigns at an agency.
- Experience with major platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and bid management platforms.
