Senior Account Director

Expanding creative agency based in Manchester are looking for a Senior Account Director to join their growing team! (Hybrid working).

Reporting to the Client Partner & Founder, this is a new, key, pivotal role within the agency. They're looking for someone with strategic brand positioning experience within FMCG multi-nationals. This role will be based around brand strategy & design, insight & innovation. You must be from a strategic agency background.

As a Senior Account Director, you will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural hunger for hunting out new, profitable opportunities with multi-national FMCG brand businesses. You must be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver. Having the ability to grow client accounts and develop long & short-term plans is essential, along with forecasting turnover and gross profit effectively across clients.

Your role will also involve leading the team, growing the team and developing their onward career growth. You will be briefing the teams in the agency and evaluating creative work.

You must have excellent communication & presentation skills, be able to build client relationships and manage financial negotiations.

Overseas travel will be involved, along with UK and London trips.
