Well established and expanding agency based in South Manchester are looking for a Traffic Manager to join their busy team.
You will work alongside the existing Traffic Manager to improve the throughput of work to make it more efficient, more inline with standards and agreed processes, as well as increasing the productivity of the teams.
Your role will be to mentor the existing Traffic Manager and guide them to deliver reports which contain information about the current forecasting utilisation and productivity.
Communication is key to this role as you will be collaborating with regional traffic managers across the group, working together to deal with any overspills, source freelancers, deal with suppliers and placing work better. You will also be liaising with team members in Europe, APAC and the USA.
