Global organisation with a head office in Manchester city centre is looking for a Studio Manager to join its in-house team. (Hybrid working).
Supporting the Head of Studio, you will be project managing all campaigns, brochures and marketing (both online & offline), as well as being a hands-on Designer yourself. It is essential that you have experience in designing for both print & digital projects.
Your role will involve scoping out the projects, delegating to the design team, creating original designs, adhering to deadlines, following brand guidelines, managing workflows and overseeing any design work leaving the studio.
You will be managing a small design team, and making sure their personal & professional development is kept up-to-speed. A key factor in this role is to make sure the production process runs smoothly. You will be mentoring the designers in the team and making sure their projects are on time and on brief.
Excellent communication & organisational skills are essential for this role. This is a fast-paced environment where time management is key. You will need excellent attention to detail, along with strong knowledge of Creative Suite.
