Our client is one of the world's most renown design and advertising agency, with a strong portfolio of varied brands and clients. They are on the lookout for a studio manager to join their team, working on e-liquid and vape brands.
This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking team, ensuring responsibility for high quality creative output by ensuring the best teams are in place according to skills and ability. You will be working alongside a team of designers, account managers and creative producers - handling requirements at early stage, identifying allocation of briefs based on project needs by utilising resource management software. A strong team leader, you will be confident when leading allocation meetings and handling resource conflicts.
As well as managing the internal team, you will also manage freelance bookings when required, handling and approval of timesheets, building on their freelance network and liaising with managers for budget approval.
We are looking for a passionate and creatively minded individual, naturally sociable with the ability to form strong working relationships and build trust within a team. The ideal candidate will have 6 years' experience within a studio environment, the ability to multitask and lead from the front - confident at managing people at all levels.
