The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally agency-side.
- Paid Social experience is essential, applicants without will not be considered. The role will also involve organic social and community management, working across a number of clients in a variety of industries.
- Be creative and commercial, strategic and analytical, and client-focused in your approach.

- Be able to lead a team, mentoring and training junior members of the social team
