Senior Digital Designer

Our client, a phenomenal top 100 Advertising Agency based in Central London are seeking a Senior Digital Designer with retail experience to join their vibrant and passionate team to work on-site for their leading beauty client spanning Make Up, Face Care, Body Care, Hair Care and Fragrance! Working with an extremely talented team, you will be helping to enhance the digital design experience across websites, social media campaigns, email marketing, banners, landing pages, and motion graphics, always bringing content to life and having a focus on thrilling design innovation!

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Digital design experience across email marketing, banners, social campaigns and websites.
  • Conceptualise and take designs through to final execution, creating the final digital assets to spec.
  • Lead campaign ideas process working on the look and feel closely with Copywriter and Project Manager.
  • Motion design knowledge – think through and execute on motion design to enhance everything from landing pages to client social feeds.

  • Present your ideas confidently to clients.
  • work closely with the copywriters and project managers to deliver final designs to deadline.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 year’s creative agency experience with a retail, fashion or beauty focus.
  • Experience working on site with clients would be a bonus.
  • Good understanding of digital assets (CRM, landing pages and importantly social - organic and paid.
  • Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using After Effects is hugely advantageous.
  • Understand motion and how assets can become more engaging when animated.
  • A little code know-how – a good understanding of responsive design and how websites work.
  • Experience with photo and video shoot production would be desirable
  • Able to take constructive criticism in good humour and apply revisions objectively and carefully.
  • Contribution to production processes –flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved and help shape ways of working.
