We are delighted to be working with one of the UK's premium children's health food, who are looking to hire a Senior Designer to join their team.
Working closely with the Marketing team, this is an exciting role for a brilliant creative thinker and designer to lead on creating visual identity and branding across packaging and design. We are looking for a talented person who thrives on challenging the norm, creating beautiful and innovative design that is relevant, on brand, trend and eye catching, in a matter that translates to a wide array of platforms.
You will have at least 5 years experience working across packaging - this is a must! Working on new packaging and branding concepts from initial illustration through to ideation, confident in providing rationale to your designs, relatable to brief whilst not being afraid to push the envelope. As you will be working with a small team, you must be happy to be hands on, wear many hats and also mentor and guide more junior members. You must be a strong communicator, able to take charge of a presentation and be able to give constructive feedback when required.
The role will span across a wide variety of creative platforms from packaging, web, print, digital, video, events, in-store marketing and press. But strong packaging experience is key.
Technical skills required:
Adobe Creative Suite
Illustration or have experience / confidence working with illustrated materials and assets
Some motion would be a great advantage!
