The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 years' experience and developed your skills in a marketing, creative, or branding agency environment. Applicants without agency experience will not be considered
- Be experienced across multiple channels, including digital, print, content, social, video, and more, and comfortable writing creative briefs for various internal teams
- Be proficient in account planning, able to contribute creatively, experienced across brand development and growth
- Be a strong leader within the agency, as you will be required to manager and lead a team of account handlers
- Be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency to ensure cross-channel integration
