Our client is fantastic B2B marketing agency who thrive on delighting their clients with innovative creative solutions within the tech sector. They are looking for a Traffic / Resource Manager to join their team for a 12 month+ Maternity contract.

The main purpose of the role is to work alongside the project management team, ensuring work is kept on budget and on time, making the most of resources to ensure every project is on brief and completed to a high standard. You will use your influence to reach a consensus across teams, seeking mutually beneficial solutions for all by developing excellent working relationships along the way. The role will involve organising daily team meetings for the creative departments and weekly scheduling with project management, whilst having an accurate sense of individuals roles along with different skill sets to bring the right resource together.
You will be helping to on-board new freelancers and grow the current network to get the best talent, ensuring budgets are adhered to align with time sheets and work-flow. Experience of having contributed to improving project performance is key!
We are looking for agency experienced individual due to the fast paced nature of the work, including the variety of projects you will be working on. Working on creative projects will be second nature, along with the use of traffic management/ project delivery platforms. A good understanding of creative, copy writing, design and web development would be greatly beneficial, along with impeccable organisational skills and a strong command of Excel / Google Sheets.
