They are looking for a talented mid weight Resource Manager to join their team on a full time basis. This is a pivotal role within the agency, as you will be responsible for organising and managing incoming briefs, and delegating to appropriate teams according to budget, timescale and specific requirements. You will be solutions driven, eager to problem solve and carry the project forward to deliver high standards of work. This is a dynamic and high octane role which requires quick thinking, initiative, multi tasking, future planning and impeccable people and communications skills.
Your responsibilities will span across meetings and daily planning, creating project timelines with a finger on the pulse to prioritise workflow and manage resources. Outsource to freelance and contract for additional assistance when needed, liaising with suppliers, negotiating fees, managing invoices and timesheets. Looking after finance and daily budgets and producing monthly billing reports.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a strong project management head on, and at least 2 years experience in an agency/creative environment. Experience of working in a similar field is not essential, however an interest and desire to learn about the industry and sector is key! You will have a strong understanding of workflow management systems and be an Excel and Spreadsheet whizz! Candidates who have worked in a small/ boutique studio would be well suited to the role.
