Our Manchester offices are based in a new impressive creative hub on Princess Street in the heart of the city centre, within easy reach of transport routes, bars, restaurants & great shops! We also have established teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and London.
We work with some of the most creative individuals, agencies, and brands across the UK and have excellent connections within the creative, digital, & client services space. We cover permanent, contract, and freelance briefs in an exciting sector with impressive client names and talented candidates, and recruit for the North West, Yorkshire, & London locations.
We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Manchester. You will be supporting the Recruitment Consultants on a day-to-day basis matching candidates to suitable job vacancies. You will be carrying out candidate searches, interviewing prospective candidates, organising interviews, providing feedback and managing diaries.
This is a successful, established & warm desk where New Business Development is key. This is an exciting & unique opportunity for someone to cover locations across The North! This is your chance to get your teeth into a busy & vibrant established market with some of our impressive existing clients!

Ideally you will have some recruitment or sales experience and an interest/passion in the creative field. However, whilst any sales or recruitment experience would be great, we are more interested in finding applicants who match our values and have transferrable skills. We will be prioritising attitude, ambition, willingness to learn, and cultural fit, particularly if you have industry experience in the Marketing, PR, Digital, or Creative sectors.

The package: We pay a generous and competitive base salary, along with monthly commission.
