A leading Manchester PR agency are seeking a seasoned PR professional to join our team as an Account Director/Senior Account Director.

You will manage a portfolio of predominantly B2B accounts in the built environment, food and drink, tech, and lifestyle sectors, taking full responsibility for their success, retention, and growth.

  • Experienced and Strategic: You have at least a year of experience as an account director in a PR or integrated communications agency and excel at developing and executing PR strategies that deliver measurable business results.

  • Relationship Builder and Leader: You are skilled at building strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner, and coaching teams to consistently achieve high-quality outcomes.

  • Team Motivator: You have a knack for motivating and supporting your team, always finding time to help others and passionate about maximising their potential.

  • Proactive and Persistent: You thrive in fast-paced environments, are proactive and persistent in your approach, and maintain a calm and thoughtful demeanour under pressure.

  • Inspiring Mentor: You will be joining a growing and developing team and this person will be integral to the next generation of talent in the team. So, a great background and love of line management is essential.
