One of the UK's leading digital experience agencies are looking for hire a Lead UX Specialist to join their high achieving team, to be part of taking their client's businesses to the next level by delivering quality and innovative work.
This is an exciting and fast paced role which will suit an inquisitive UX lead who thrives on the challenge of planning, researching and creating innovative experiences, whilst being able to identify friction points across the customer journey. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be comfortable working with an agile mindset as well as taking the lead on client workshops, being the driving force for customer focused solutions.
You must be inquisitive and driven by challenging work and happiest when creating solutions that not only work for the end user but also aim to enhance the businesses and brands you will be working with.
Essential skills will include:
Experience within an agency, ideally working across B2B
Working with an agile framework
Managing and delivering design systems
Designing large scale web platforms, multi-site, multi-language on a CMS
Delivering custom complex digital products with heavily regulated industries
Managing teams by supporting and mentoring UXers, guiding the team's methodological choices nd serving as an advocate for a human centered approach.
You must be familiar with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure as well as having an understanding of web analytics and business metrics.
