Full service agency based in Merseyside is looking for a Lead Designer to join their creative studio.
You will need to have previous agency experience at a Senior Designer level and be able to own the overall creative output of the studio and drive the agency's creativity. You will be working on a variety of clients and projects across print & digital.
Ideally you will have previous B2B experience working with large clients and understand brand guidelines. Previous experience of mentoring, managing or supervising junior team members would be a distinct advantage too.
This role is all about the Big Idea and taking end-to-end ownership from initial concept through to final delivery. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, designers in your team and freelancers.
Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills are key to this role. You must be able to deliver client briefs on time, within budget and on brief.
