Leading integrated agency based in Cheshire is looking for a Head of Motion to join their studio team.
You will need previous experience of leading and managing a design team and have excellent motion design and video production skills. Key software skills include After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You must have a strong showreel which demonstrates & showcases your work.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing and directing the creative output of the team, ensuring projects are on brief, on time and on budget. You will be the creative lead on all projects providing art direction, conceptual ideas and motivation & inspiration to your team.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be involved with pitches and presentations to external clients and internal departments. You will be liaising with traffic managers, client production leads, client services teams as well as your own team on a day-to-day basis.
You will need to be confident in scheduling and managing resources, managing people, working across multiple projects at any one time, briefing, scheduling & monitoring the creative output of your team.
