A vibrant and inclusive Tech for Good company is looking for a senior Digital Demand Generation expert to join the team!

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a company championing DEI and workplace transparency through Tech. If you're well-versed in Digital Demand Generation with experience in Start-up/Scale-up environments or with a big tech background behind, this could be the role for you.

What will be expected:

  • Take ownership of KPIs including website traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates.

  • Lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to increase revenue and pipeline growth.

  • Drive multi-channel demand generation aligned with Go-To-Market strategy.

  • Manage both organic and paid channels for revenue target achievement.

  • Optimise the lead lifecycle and establish a scalable demand generation engine.

  • Develop compelling messaging strategies to accelerate sales velocity.

  • Utilise marketing automation and CRM platforms for campaign orchestration and monitoring. Identify and prioritise lead generation channels across various tactics.

  • Collaborate with sales and content marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and engagement optimisation.

What you need:

  • Extensive Experience: Possesses over a decade of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar domains.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective demand generation campaigns, delivering measurable results.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing automation and CRM platforms, adept at data analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Professional Attributes: Exhibits excellent project management skills, can prioritise and manage multiple campaigns concurrently; innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, keen on innovating demand generation strategies.

  • Experience in B2B marketing and understanding of buyer journey and customer personas are desirable.
