The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and executing cross-channel digital campaigns
- Ideally have developed their skillset agency-side, delivering campaigns for multiple brands across a range of sectors and industries
- Be experienced across the digital spectrum, but with particular expertise across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Email, and Content
- Have an entrepreneurial approach to client management, to challenge and inspire clients to embrace new digital trends and innovations
- Be equally strategic and commercially minded, as comfortable planning and implementing campaigns as you are managing budgets and tracking effectiveness
- Have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, and the vision to grow the team and enhance the agency's digital offering
