Our client is a well respected company based in the professional services sector - due to a period of growth, they are looking for a junior - midnight digital designer to join their team.
You will operate as part of the in- house creative team, responsible for creating and delivering innovative digital design to meet and enhance the company's strategic and marketing goals, being mindful of guidelines, tone of voice whilst keen to push the envelope with work that is eye catching and relevant to their core audience across all touch points.
We are looking for a very organised and conscientious individual with a passion for interpretation of design through digital platforms, eager to keep up to date with current and forthcoming trends, with the ability to present your work clearly and confidently, with integrity and rationale. You must have a positive attitude, with creative flair that is solutions focused with an inquisitive mind.
Skills and Experience required include:
Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Ceros (desirable), HTML5 (desirable), Adobe Animate (desirable), Adobe Audition (desirable)
Strong portfolio demonstrating clear design thinking and problem solving
3+ years in-house design experience (Junior / Mid-weight level)
Comfortable using MS Office tools
PC (not Mac) based design
In addition, you must have a string portfolio which showcases key work that highlights the above, be able to demonstrate your creative thought process and have a collaborative and open work ethic.
