Possessing strong knowledge of digital channels and acting as a core member of the digital services team, we are looking for an agency experienced account manager with at least 3 years account management experience in online marketing.
From delivering websites to SEO, PPC, Display and Social - you will be overseeing client strategies, ensuring high standard of work is delivered against targets and forecasts. It goes without saying that you will have excellent multi-tasking skills, a creative way of thinking and a strong understanding of how brands operate. As a natural and credible communicator, you will be liaising with clients directly to plan, forecast and implement client's campaigns, whilst keeping a keen eye on ongoing results throughout to identify any impeding issues that may impact performance. It is essential that you have experience in managing web development projects for this role - with a strong track record in promoting client retention by fostering solid relationships.
The successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge of analytics tools, advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel - with a focus on commercial forecasting.
