Our client is an exciting and vibrant B2B marketing agency - they are at the forefront of producing design work for largely tech based clients, and are looking for a design lead to join their team.
In this exciting and collaborative role, you will be leading the multi-disciplinary design team to craft visual identities ti new sites, campaigns and marketing content. Creative excellence will be your chief focus!
We are looking for a talented designer with proven experience within an agency environment. You must have an impressive and varied portfolio showcasing well thought out, innovative work - with a clear objective that articulates a strong credible response to a brief. Working with the Associate Director and Senior Design team, you must be ambitious in your approach as the got to person for all branding projects. You will possess a hands on approach at key moments throughout the design and creative process - and be able to present confidently to clients. A strong cultural awareness is key, as well as having worked on producing content for social media.
Proficiency in Figma / Sketch, Adobe CC is essential, along with familiarity with UX and UI design - some knowledge of motion is desirable but not essential.
