This fantastic opportunity would suit a organised and confident Creative, who is keen to drive success and excellence across all touch points, from print to digital, marketing, campaign and events. You will be the key influence on design and creative across the entire business and all departments.
We are looking for a true people champion, always keen to bring out the best from their team, and able to lead in a way that is not only to brief and spec, but also in line with the companies and ethics and values. This role comes with line management responsibilities for the team, therefore experience of heading up a studio and nurturing all members of the studio department is key.
Acting as a true brand guardian, you will ensure that all work created is in line with tone of voice, providing consistency and credibility for the brand, working with teams to unlock the potential in all creative work.
Essential Requirements include:
Experience of working across both agency and in-house
Proven experience of managing a team
Samples of strong brand development from concept through to implementation
Proving Creative Direction to both In-House teams as well as external agencies and providers.
Having a strong commercial acumen with regards to time, budget and resource
Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders across a complex organisation, riding gaps between communications functions and other teams
Good knowledge and understanding of the brand landscape within the 3rd sector.
Lastly, you will have a friendly and open attitude with an encouraging manner, and a real drive to lead the team and company in being the lead name in inclusion and diversity.
