We are excited to be working with one of London's top marketing agencies with a Nationwide reach, who are looking for a Creative Designer to join their ambitious and dynamic team.
Reporting to the Conceptual director, you will be a creative storyteller who enjoys combining conceptual thinking and design, with the ability to communicate your ideas with a strong consumer focused rationale. The role will include a combination of print, in-store, POS, social, e-commerce and everything else in between! Therefore, a designer with an integrated approach is a must!
Your main responsibilities will include support the CD in concepting, designing and delivering top creative design solutions for the agency's clients, taking the lead on projects and campaigns and being able to deliver work according to creative objectives.
You will be comfortable working from concept through to completion, with a mix of graphic design and art direction, as well as delivering work on time - able to support on creative proposals.
Skills we are looking for include:
Demonstrable experience working as a designer or art director on a fast-paced agency environment
The ability to manage your time and prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
Engaging Communication, able to articulate and present work internally and externally
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience of working across AfterEffects and Motion Design
Knowledge of artwork and production process
