- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally agency-side
- Be responsible for content creation across a range of platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and all other online activity
- Devise and implement strategies to publish engaging, SEO optimised content that will increase engagement and generate leads for the business
- Have a proven record of producing innovative content in multiple formats, for a variety of audiences
- Be proficient in the use of content Analytics tools to analyse campaign performance, and super-organised in managing the content production process
- Be cool under pressure, used to working in a fast-paced environment, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues within the wider marketing team
