A unique opportunity for a CCO to join an established, award winning, creative agency based in Manchester's Northern Quarter has arisen! This position would suit an ECD or existing CCO from a creative agency background who is looking for their next big challenge!

As a proven senior creative leader, you will possess creative vision, commercial intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, be business savvy and have gravitas. You must have drive, ambition and energy to take this creative department to the next level!

It is essential that you have creative agency experience and have a proven track record of running, growing & developing a creative department. Additionally you will have mentored, trained & produced award winning creatives in your teams (at CD level) who have been inspired by your creative direction.

You will need to have a wealth of experience producing award winning campaigns that resonate with the target audience. The ability to generate concepts & ideas and understand what judges are looking for is key. A stand-out portfolio must showcase a strong variety of creative ideas that have won awards.

You will be a key part of new business pitch work where you can confidently present ideas and talk to senior client contacts credibly at board level across a variety of sectors.

An understanding and/or passion for music, sports, culture and youth markets is essential. You will be producing effective, social-first, culture leading, digital & direct response campaigns for global brands in these sectors, so you'll need to be able to talk credibly with the clients & target audiences for these areas.
