Our client is one of the UK's leading digital marketing agencies, specialising in proprietary technology that runs intelligent, targeted, high performing display campaigns for well-known retail, travel, education and financial brands globally. Due to a period of growth, they are looking for a talented Sales professional to join the team as a Business Director.
This is a fast paced role in an exciting digital sector, working with emerging technologies and talented digital marketing and technological Teams. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual, ideally with a background in business development in the tech and marketing sectors, able to work collaboratively and keen to expand their industry knowledge.
Contributing to revenue and growth strategy for the agency, you will be performing ongoing research to identify new clients and opportunities and verticals, creating a targeted business strategy whilst also contributing on maximising growth for existing clients. You must have experience in a client facing role at senior and director level, able to present at board level and have the acumen and flair to represent the business in a credible and relevant manner to appropriate potential clients.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record in successfully achieving impressive revenue results - leading from the front and building strong sales pipeline with high customer retention. Expert negotiating skills is a must. Experience of using Salesforce is also essential for this role.
