One of the world's leading Healthcare Communications agencies is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join their team.
Working closely with the Creative Director and design team in the delivery of great design and creative thinking, the main purpose of this role is to show strong knowledge of how design brings solutions by understanding the business challenges, as well as being able to deliver a strong brand message, deliver effective and innovative communication materials.
The associate creative director will lead through being customer focused, able to lead the design process both internally and when presenting to clients. You will have a deep understanding of brand strategy, support with on brief creative ideas and execution and tale ownership of all aspects of the creative project from start to finish.
We are looking for Creative at senior level who have at least 5 years' experience in a senior role and an agency background. You will have worked on recognised campaigns and have delivered strong creative flair throughout your career, whilst demonstrating your creative thinking and being able to lead a team of designers by providing support, coaching with a motivating attitude.
Due to the variety of client demands, you must be able to design with an integrated approach across print, packaging, digital and moving image. You must possess a good command of Adobe Creative and have a strong eye for detail when overseeing finished projects and materials. .
