Ideally coming from a promotional campaigns background within a creative FMCG agency, we are looking for someone with experience of delivering business growth in a fast paced organisation that is results and success driven. You will be an excellent communicator, au fait with the creative process as well as having prior experience of overseeing 2-3 direct reports, coaching through best practise and comfortable carrying out performance reviews - passionate about bringing the best in a collaborative environment, your people and communication skills must be second to none!
You will be tasked with all aspects of client management, media buying, evaluation and being part of the creative process with ownership of outbound content and bespoke consultancy work.
