Account Director or Senior AD wanted in Yorkshire for national marketing agency network!

The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in client services, agency-side, ideally in shopper, partnerships, or promotional marketing. Candidates with wider marketing agency or retail marketing experience are also welcome to apply
- Be a confident presence with your clients, who will primarily big-name retail brands, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the client's growth and success
- Be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency
- Be an influential team leader within the agency, to help guide and develop junior colleagues
- Be confident, good with numbers, cool under pressure, and a great communicator, both verbal and written
