Hey, I’m Suzanne!
I joined the Finance team at LMA in May 2022.
Before joining the team here, I worked for several years for a large recruitment company recruiting initially for Business Support and then onto Accountancy and Finance. My focus at LMA is on Finance in the Commerce and Industry sector, recruiting across the London area and beyond.
Having worked for a number of years heading up teams in large Retail Stores, I know that having the right people in the right place, who deliver results, is crucial to a business achieving its goals. I believe that success in recruitment is through building relationships with both candidates and clients and understanding their requirements, followed by putting the hard yards in to find a great match!
Talking of hard yards, outside of work I am currently working on improving my golf handicap…
