It’s May 2018 and its time for another night at The Roses Creative Awards. Each year we proudly sponsor this inspiring event, as it recognises the outstanding creative talent produced by the elite agencies of the UK. This night specifically celebrates the talent that comes from outside of the M25, showing us that there is life outside of London!
This was my first time attending The Roses Creative Awards and needless to say the atmosphere was incredible! It was fantastic to see all the creative agencies come together and celebrate another year of fantastic award-winning work! There was a mix of nerves and pride in the air from the nominees which created an impactful build up to the results…
Our team were pleased to be joined by Ed, John and Sarah from Shillington Design College. Along with Jane from Ashfield and Lucy, one of our fantastic freelancers. It gave everyone an insight to the core of this incredible industry!
As we gathered for our second year at The Midland Hotel in Manchester, nominee’s and guests wait to find out if their advertising, design & digital campaigns have been selected for a bronze, silver or gold trophy by the esteemed panel of judges

After dinner we were treated to a live performance from a Birmingham born acapella boyband ‘The Sons of Pitches’. They got us up and dancing to a melody of our favourite boybands’ songs from throughout the years.
Then it was time for the awards; Lynn Lester (MD of The Drum Live Events) gives the opening speeches and proudly announces the well-deserved winners! Ruby and Tom were honoured to present awards to the winners of Creative Agency of the Year, and the categories Digital and Technology.
