As part of the design development team, you will be the advocate for best design experience and constantly drive the evolution of future projects, as well as improving current products. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in influencing the strategic direction, and be. Pivotal voice in championing best practise for user design and process.
We are looking for a human centred thinker, who is able to provide rational and logic to their designs, with sound knowledge of user research, analytics, testing, insights and real world experiences to inform decision making at all times. You chief responsibilities will include contributing to the planning of new features through UI/UX research, consideration of product suite, creating low fi mock ups and seeing beyond product launches to ensure quality assessment throughout.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with excellent communications skills, organisational skills and the ability to manage multi projects from start to finish.
