Established Cheshire based agency is looking for a hands-on design Studio Manager to join their team!
This creative agency has been in business for almost 20 years, and have established themselves as one of the leading names in the sectors in which they specialise. They are now looking for a Studio Manager, who can manage a small team and traffic work through the studio, as well as contribute creatively to the design process.
Key Skills required include...
Sound understanding of the creative process
You will need to be conceptual with creative ideas
Have both print & digital experience
Ability to run a studio and implement studio processes
Excellent communication skills
This role is split approx 70/30 between Studio Management and hands-on Design, so please ensure you have a portfolio demonstrating your work and creative mindset. This role is ideal for a Studio Manager who likes to get involved in the production of outstanding creative work!
The core services offered by this agency include print & digital design, branding, marketing, video and art direction for photography, so it’s important to be experienced across all of the above. Day-to-day you will ensure that the studio’s resource is being planned and that projects are on track to be delivered to a high standard and on time. It is key you can create workflows and road maps for campaigns including forecast plans for the studio team activity.
You will have strong project management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, working across multiple brands and campaigns. You will also liaise effectively with the various team members within the agency.
