You must have experience in medical communications and be educated to a degree level or equivalent.
On a day to day you will be responsible for ensuring all written material, printed and multimedia content, is of the highest quality. Supporting the writers and editorial team leaders, you will be checking content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, style and consistency.
Experience in taking ownership of projects for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and brief is necessary. You will also project-manage EA work, brief and liaise with freelancers, reviewing their work and giving feedback when necessary.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be confident in giving critical feedback and recommendations based on your knowledge. The ability to mentor/train new staff will be required.
Proficient in using Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Reference Manager and Zinc.
Have a strong knowledge of code of practice guidelines for medical/copyright issues.
