Managing an established Design team, you will be responsible for managing workloads & schedules, making sure deadlines are adhered to, overseeing & supporting Designers in the team and sharing skills and knowledge to help them develop.
You will be working across a variety of projects such as digital, UI and print, app & portal design, e-campaigns, marketing literature and print collateral. Previous experience designing for B2B clients would be advantageous.
Other areas of responsibility include pitching ideas & concepts to internal departments, ensuring projects maintain a steady flow, adhering to brand guidelines, creating new concepts & ideas, dealing with print suppliers, signing off proofs and liaising with internal departments such as Marketing.
You will be responsible for the entire design process of a project from conception to completion.
