You will be responsible for the overall workflow management of a busy in-house graphics studio, as well as managing the freelancers and the supporting agencies. This role will help co-ordinate the briefing system and ensure all projects adhere to the agreed deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities will include overseeing jobs from brief to quotation stage, through to the execution and invoicing stages. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with the Senior Designer, 3rd party suppliers, marketing teams and supporting agencies.
Ideally you'll come from a similar role for either an agency or in-house studio department. You must be highly organised and able to find solutions to any challenges that occur.
The ability to interpret brand creative and campaigns across multiple channels including web, social, retail and wholesale is essential. A good in-depth understanding of the production process is key for projects such as POS, promotional, outdoor media, large format and digital. Any hands-on Mac skills would be an advantage for when it's required.
