An incredible creative agency is looking for an experienced Resource Manager to dazzle them with your organisational prowess!
You'll be working closely with the COO and have one junior member of the team to assist in helping the agency to achieve their overarching business goals for some of the UK's most enviable clients.
If you're a natural leader, with a flair for organisation and a brilliant understanding of what kind of talent internally and externally gets a project over the line - then this role could be you!
The ideal candidate:
- Must have 2 years experience as a Resource Manager or similar senior level, ideally within a similar creative agency
- Will understand how to schedule and resource all projects through to delivery, experience working with scheduling and workflow management software essential
- Will be a brilliant collaborator - be a key facilitator between departments and client services to ensure everything is achieved on time and on budget
- Be able to track, analyse and report on business metrics such as annual leave and overtime.
- Be a planning and project management machine, capable of mapping the needs of the business and projects 3 months in advance
- Be an empathetic and understanding leader within the agency
