Established full service agency is looking for a Mid-Snr Proofreader who can also Copy Edit. This agency is based in South Manchester, however this role can be either fully remote or hybrid - they are flexible, just so long as you can come into the office on the odd occasion for any important projects & briefings.
Working alongside the creative team, the studio and account handlers, you will be proofing and copy editing across various clients and projects. There will be an emphasis on multiple page documents & reports, various marketing materials and online assets.
It is essential you have an excellent eye for detail & accuracy, along with a superb knowledge of the English language. You will need to make sure house styles and brand guidelines are adhered to, and be able to meet deadlines.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, who is able to multitask and has excellent grammar, along with strong reading & writing skills.
If you are able to turn your hand to Copywriting and/or conceptual ideas, then this would be advantageous, but not essential. Your main focus will be Proofreading with this role.
