Our client is a full service commercial real estate services firm with a unique business model, working culture and approach that is looking for an established and multi-disciplined Midweight Designer to support all brand communications across print and digital channels.
Overview of the role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit and collaborative team who are focused on producing high quality work that visually communicates their client message with the most impact and supporting the global brand development across print, digital & new media. An ideal candidate will have the chance to deliver a varied output of campaign and design collateral, incl. brochures, large format, invitations and research reports. This role would be suitable for someone with a premium and luxury aesthetic with a great understanding of print production techniques. The client promises to nurture your skills through an on-going training and creative development, to aid your career ambitions with them.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
⁃ Producing and advising design solutions and delivering print & digital campaigns/projects to a high standard
⁃ Ability to show creative and conceptual thinking though a collaborative approach on brainstorming, sketching visual concepts and planning
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following core abilities:
⁃ Clear and efficient communication within the internal creative and marketing teams
⁃ Work on multiple types of print material, research reports, bulletins, newsletters, flyers, invites, brochures, presentations, large format, and occasionally graphics for exhibition stands
⁃ Exceptional eye for detail and ensure quality control
⁃ Well acquainted with managing expectations, deadlines and agile workflow.
Desired skills & experience:
⁃ Minimum 3 years experience within a agency/in-house design environment
⁃ Portfolio showcasing relevant, innovative & original projects and ideas
⁃ Experiencing of advising directors, staff and external suppliers on corporate brand guidelines
⁃ Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop 
⁃ Great understanding of typography, printing processes & web design
⁃ Organised time management skills
⁃ Animation & moving imagery skills are great but not essential
