Become recruitment are working alongside a leading Magento partner, who due to growth in the company require a Magento Technical Lead

My client offers the opportunity to work collaboratively on challenging projects, delivering high-quality solutions for an impressive range of clients. Primarily our E-Commerce team works with the Magento platform. 

As a Magento Technical Lead you will have the freedom to manage your own workload and working environment, ensuring time to balance leading the project and hands-on coding. 

They follow agile principles and have a keen focus on ensuring our technical infrastructure enables their teams to perform to their best. They will, of course, provide full training on our quality management and wider working practices. Before all of that:

A Technical Lead will:
•Be familiar with principles of modern technical architecture.
•Recognise and deliver technical quality, to specified requirements.
•Devise technically feasible and efficient solutions.
•Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and budget.
•Contribute to the estimate and proposal process.
•Troubleshoot technical challenges.
•Lead a team of developers to deliver quality code efficiently.
•Work with the Project Manager and Solutions Architect, in line with company process.
