Become are recruiting for a Digital Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team! Based in either our Manchester or London locations.
The ideal candidate will be a Mid to Senior level consultant with a background in the Digital & Tech sectors. You must have e-awareness, a strong digital presence, an in-depth understanding of the social media world and have your finger on the pulse of emerging new digital trends and advancements.
You will need to able to talk intelligently & comprehensively about digital requirements & technologies. Your role will involve integrating with the digital community and forming strong working relations with leading influential digital heads of the industry.
Ideally you'll be an established recruiter who has experience working in the Digital & Tech recruitment sectors. A strong new business developer who can combine self-start with consultative relationship approach.
Previous proven experience recruiting for some/all of the following skill sectors would be ideal UX/UI, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, Full Stack Developers, SEO, PPC, Paid, CRM, Social and HTML Email Developers.
We recruit for the North West, Yorkshire, London and Home Counties locations, so happy to consider anyone from across the UK who cover different geographical locations (including Europe).

Interviews will be done via video initially. We may suggest a social distanced meet & greet during the final interview stages (depending on government guidance). A normal flexible working week will consist of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (things will change when government guidance changes).
