The successful CRM Account Director will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience - ideally agency-side. Working across a high value client portfolio, responsibilities will include implementing strategy across CRM, customer journey planning, content, campaign development, and audience and cultural insight.
Along with being highly data driven, you will be equally strategic and commercially minded, as comfortable planning and implementing campaigns as you are developing and cultivating key accounts and winning new business. You will be an excellent communicator and incredibly organised, an influential team leader and a dynamic presence when representing the agency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated comms strategies across the customer journey, agency-side. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both online and offline marketing techniques, and possess an excellent grasp of analytical processes.
