We are excited to be working with one of London's top marketing agencies with a Nationwide reach, who are looking for a Project Manager to join their ambitious and dynamic team.
Reporting to the conceptual director, the main purpose of the role will be to help manage and organise the workload across a broad range of work from artwork and creative to campaigns and creative strategy. You must be a highly organised and diligent worker, able to anticipate issues early and troubleshoot when necessary.
This is a fast paced and vibrant agency environment! As the go to person for creative and planning resource requests, you must be able to think on your feet and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to workflow management, preparing weekly and sometimes daily meetings. Liaising with the creative head, studio manager and client services to organise, plan, scope and confirm resource availability for project requirements. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of current work and planned work going through business at any given time.
Experience and skills required:
Experience within project management / account management in an agency environment
A strong multi-tasker, able to manage multiple projects and being conscientious when supporting others
An excellent eye for detail, able to challenge and know when to offer solutions and articulate ideas effectively.
A thorough and excellent knowledge of digital and design process.
