Creative agency based in Cheshire is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to be the keep point of contact in their growing team!
Your role will involve organising and managing workflow through the creative function of the Media Team. You will be responsible for the logistical elements of the creative projects and making sure they run smoothly, on time and on brief.
Reporting, planning and managing future demands is key to this organisational role. Trafficking, forecasting, scheduling and being able to provide costings & estimates are also essential elements.
You will be collaborating with the wider media team involved on digital or video projects and chairing weekly operational meetings and ensuring appropriate cover is in place when required.
Experience in events, exhibitions, staging and virtual events is beneficial, along with previous QC processes, regulations and agency environments. Ideally you will have done a similar role in the past, liaising with creative teams in a production environment.
