Your role will be to own the overall responsibility for the agencys’ creative output, leading & inspiring the team and winning & working on global brands.
You will need to have an excellent track record of building lasting client relationships with global brands. Someone who can win packaging accounts, nurture relationships with stakeholders and grow accounts across multiple territories.
It is essential you have an entrepreneurial spirit to explore new & undiscovered opportunities within packaging & beyond. Someone who can lead client workshops in packaging design - showing how innovations can transform global brands, challenger brands and agile independents.
Duties will also include optimising agency structures, recruiting, managing & developing talent as well as developing client relations.
