This role would suit a Senior Art Director or Creative Lead ready to take a step up.
The Creative Team includes a Senior Creative Director (who this role reports into) as well as an Art Director, Copywriter, Social Content Designer and 2 Graphic Designers. This is a new role as they are making an additional investment in creativity. They’re an 80+ person team so far with an aspiration and budget to grow!
This is an instrumental role and as such, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the agency’s creative output.
You’ll be joining a fiercely driven team across an array of clients. Your primary focus will be to produce great consumer ideas in all of their forms, working with the team to generate innovative, compelling and ultimately award winning campaigns.
The agency produces headline grabbing creative including editorial/PR, social, digital and experiential. This person will need to be an excellent opportunity spotter with a keen eye for how the news and social agenda can be used and applied to client campaigns. The role is channel-agnostic but digitally-led creatives are preferable.
You will need to be pragmatic, committed to the quality of the agency’s work, capable of distilling complex problems and ideas into simple, easy-to-sell concepts, able to work with a range of people (at all levels) and able to sell your ideas internally and to clients.
